For the last several months, I've been absent from the "blogosphere". It had gotten so that my writings were boring even me .... reading one was like reading all the others I had written. However I do miss it. And since "grass is always greener on the other side of the fence" ... I started this new blog!
Here I hope to use Precepts, Proverbs and Platitudes to help revive my mundane life ... re-awaken dreams ... interject some humor ... and hopefully at times inspire those who happen to read. I plan to use as a basis, the Old Testament books of Proverbs, Psalms and Ecclesiastes for the Precepts and Proverbs portion. And for the Platitude part, the sayings of "wise men" that I meet on a daily basis. Perhaps this will make me more aware of My God, My family and my fellow man.

Cowboy, I know where you're coming from. I've gone through the same thing. Only difference is that I haven't started a new blog. I'm trying to hold on to the old one. I'm just trying to decide what direction to go with it. I've got 5 years of my life in that blog and can't let it go.
